In all our travels, we’ve always taught the Framework for Integration—but we rarely take the time to teach the procedures that inspired it. Until now.

This is your chance to learn the Dart Procedures themselves, and to practice them with the Framework in mind—clarifying intent and reorganizing movement in real time.

Starting Saturday, September 6th, 2025, join us for a 5-session online course (every other Saturday at 7:00 AM Salt Lake City time) introducing the Dart Procedures step by step.

We’ll build a clear foundation—learning how to practice them solo and with a partner—before bringing them alive through the Framework for Integration:

Primary / Secondary / Engagement / Reset
Spirals, Counter-Spirals, and Double Spirals
Upper and Lower Cones
The Four “Ups”

This course will give you tools to learn, embody, and integrate the Dart Procedures—whether for personal growth, teaching, or deepening your somatic practice.

The plan

September 6th: From on Toes to Kowtow passing through inclining over the chair

September 20th: From Kowtow to Fetal finishing with Happy Baby belly

October 4th: Spirals on the floor

October 18th: Fish Arms in all their variations

November 1st: Crawling to the chair and back up to standing with arms in a “V”

During all sessions we will: learn the procedure step by step, review the previous steps and answer questions, learn the difference between doing the procedures or guiding the procedures, apply the principles of the Framework for Integration to the procedures and answer questions about applications to daily living and/or in teaching from an Alexander Technique perspective.
